Pocket Card with Candy Surprise

Stamp Set:  Sweet Season (p. 29)

Teeny Tiny Wishes (p. 145)

Real Red CS size:  3 1/4″ X 9 5/8″

  1. Score the red CS at 3”, 3 3/8”, 6 3/8” and 6 ¾”
  2. Stamp the snowflake image on the outside with real red
  3. Fold the card
  4. Use the 1 3/8” circle punch to punch the opening inside the card.
  5. Create the design around the circle by stamping the snowflake image on vanilla CS and then punching out the snowflake with the 1 3/8” circle punch.  Then punch out the circle with the scallop circle punch.
  6. Adhere the inside flap to the back of the card using 2 dimensionals.
  7. Use mini glue dots to adhere candy to card.
  8. Stamp your inside saying.
  9. Stamp the outside Merry Christmas using black.

10. To create the belly band design, stamp your image and punch out the snowflake using the 1 ¼” circle punch.  Mount on a 1 3/8” real red circle and then a scallop circle punched out of garden green.

11.  Adhere the designer paper to the long garden green strip.  Wrap around the closed card and trim.

12.  To seal the belly band, use a small strip of sticky strip.
