Looking for creative card-making ideas using Stampin’ Up!’s monthly subscription kit for March 2023? Today I have some alternative designs using the supplies in the kit. I’ve got to admit, when I started working with the kit, I was stumped for a while as to how I was going to change anything, but then the creative juices started flowing. Whether you’re a seasoned crafter or just starting out, I think the March kit has something for everyone. Hopefully you’ll enjoy these designs as much as I enjoyed creating them.

Here are the suggested card ideas that came with the kit.

This next one is very close to the suggested cards, I just added a polished pink banner behind the sentiment to make it stand out and rearranged the leaves.

With this card, I shifted the suggested design a bit, I liked how the “happy” looked at an angle.

This next card was actually created by Stephanie H. at my Paper Pumpkin Play Night. I thought it was really cute how she colored on the back of the white basket to get that woven look.

The following cards were true alternatives that I feel I got away from the suggest designs, totally.

For the card above, I used the negative from the leaves I punched out and a sponge with ink to create the background.

For this one, I cut the front of a card off and then cut it into 1-1/4 X 3-1/2 strips. Then I layered it black and gold foil.
