This technique is definitely a new favorite! Today I’m using tissue paper….yep…ordinary tissue paper! Can’t get much cheaper than that! What’s so great about this technique is that it’s not complicated either! All you need is a pretty piece of designer series paper. Here’s one example of a finished product for you. It features the Awash in Beauty Designer Series Paper and the Charming Sentiments Bundle.
This next sample uses the Flowers and More host designer series paper.
