The Succulents dies are very versatile! I love using the big one straight on a card for a background, but today, I used it to create a mask to make an inked background using the blending brushes. If you haven’t tried these, you’re missing out! All do is cut out the die from a piece of 5-1/2″ X 4-1/4″ cardstock and then lay the mask over your white cardstock. I would suggest using some washi tape to hold your cardstock in place. I used Blackberry Bliss, Old Olive and Crumb Cake and brushed over the mask. After I was finished, I tore away the corner and used the brushes to brush the edge of the tear, stamped the saying from the Sale-a-b ration set, Heal Your Heart, wrapped a little linen thread around and voila!
