Punches:  Eyes – 1-inch circle, 3/4″ circle, 1/2″ circle
Mouth – 1-3/4 ” circle, small heart
Nose – point from petite pennants builder

The hair was created by fringing a piece of the packing paper that comes in your Stampin’ Up! shipping boxes!  Waste-not, Want-not!!!!
