This new Summer Mini is fantastic and I’ve chosen to highlight my favorite new toy inside…the Blossom Bouquet Triple Layer Punch! It’s called a triple layer punch because you can punch 3 different items that can all be layered! My first project also features the Hello Blossoms individual stamp which is also in the Summer Mini Catalog. In this one, I just chose to use a single-punched flower as an accent.
Stamp Set: Hello Blossoms
Embossing Folder: Elegant Bouquet
Colors: Daffodil Delight, Pacific Point, Melon Mambo, US White, Old Olive
My next project is a little less bright, but is a favorite of mine. In this one, I’ve also used a new stamp set called Pretty Postage. This set coordinates with the new Postage Stamp Punch also in the mini. This is a great little purse/card that could be used for a gift card holder or just as a regular card.
Stamp Set: Pretty Postage
Big Shot Dies: Top Note, Tasteful Trim, Oval Scallop Frame, Finial Press Embossing Folder
Punch: 1/8″ Circle, Postage Stamp Punch, Blossom Bouquet Triple Layer
Colors: Blushing Bride, Marina Mist, Certainly Celery, US White
Accessorie: Blushing Bride 1/2″ Stitched-Poly Ribbon, Hemp, 5/8″ Jumbo Brad
Helpful hints:
- To create the purse, place your folded 5-1/2″ X 4-1/4″ card stock on the top note die so that the fold of the card is just inside the cut mark on the die.
- To create the handle, you will need 1 of the scallop oval frame cut in half.
Project #3 is also in our subtles colors. This is a card that is easy to make and makes for a unique card. The outer card dimensions are 4-1/4″ X 8-1/2″ with 1-3/4″ cut off the front. The smaller folded card is 8-1/2″ X 3″. In this card, I chose to use the outline that is punched with the flower on the Blossom Bouquet punch and the flower itself for a background.
Stamp Set: Hello Blossoms
Colors: Certainly Celery, Pink Pirouette, US White, Pretty in Pink (Marker), Wild Wasabi (Marker)
Well, all good things must come to an end. Here’s a fun card once again using the flower, but this time combining it with the background image which is also punched. I’ve added a center on the flower with the 1/2″ circle punch. This is a double-pocket card. I think it’s great to use by including your sentiment in the back pocket and a gift card in the front pocket.

Stamp Set: Flower Fest, On Your Birthday
Colors: Melon Mambo, Tempting Turquoise, Daffodil Delight, Tangerine Tango, US White
Punches: Blossom Bouquet Triple Layer Punch, Butterfly, ½” Circle, ¾” square, 1-1/4” square
