Today is the first day of a new feature where I make a simple card and by just adding a few things, I “step it up”! I love these types of cards because depending on my time, I can choose which version I like.

Today I’m using the absolutely gorgeous Dainty Flowers 12″x12″ DSP that is available for free while supplies last during Sale-a-Bration. If I was a betting person, I would say this would be the first item that will run out in Sale-a-Bration, so if you want some of this beautiful paper, don’t wait! I think today’s project is perfect for those weddings where you forget to make that card!

Most specifically, today I’m using this piece from the package of DSP.

Here’s the first card and by far a less than 60-second card! I used the Something Fancy stamp set for the sentiment.

Next I added some 1/4″ white crinkled seam binding ribbon.

Finally, to step it up all the way, I colored the seam binding with my Rich Raspberry Stampin’ Blend and added a couple of brushed brass butterflies.
